One Response to OH, YES SHE DID! From Slave-Ship To Space-Ship”~ One-Woman Show by Sandy Brown

  1. pls try to go see this play; as it is an important piece of work which should be supported for so many, many reasons. First of all it’s an amazing, entertaining, inspiring work where she actually brings to life women like Rosa Parks, Billie Holiday, Harriet Tubman and Josephine Baker. All women who have been instrumental in achieving various notoriety but also for standing up for what they believe in and affecting positive change. This is truly a don’t miss performance which everyone will not only enjoy but also learn from. I took the bf and even he was impressed and entertained! The team who created this performance is onto something big here and I hope it gets to reach a wider audience eventually as it is certainly beyond impressive and so very, very heart-warming, moving and has something which will touch everyone personally.
