“The Dia Diaries” LA Fashion Week: Runway Recap Stella Proseyn

The Dia Diaries: Runway Recap

Stella Proseyn

Elegant yet comfortable would best describe the latest collection from Debbie Talanian, designer for Stella Proseyn autumn/winter 2015 collection.

The color palette used consisted out of military green hues, black, greys, white, and a little bit of metallic and black lace.

The more sophisticated looks consisted out of high waist skirts combined with a jacket in the same color as the skirt.  Another fav was an outfit with white chino pants paired with a loose top. The front part of top displayed an asymmetrical black stripe parted to the right side, which made the outfit more playful.

For a more comfortable outfit the tops can also be paired with the black pants that have a parted skirt on the back of them, or comfy grey joggers. The pieces that stood out the most were the ones created out of crocodile pattern leather. The pencil skirt, top, and jacket were created with this pattern in a dark brown warm tone with a high shine finish.

As a finishing touch the models were given a sleek ponytail with a deep dark lip, which gave the overall look a more edgy feeling!
